Yes, absolutely. The resources follow your processes, tools, and instructions as if they were sitting in your own office. HitJob oversees the administrative, operational, and logistical aspects, while the direction and management of the work always remain under your control.
How long does it take to become operational
Thanks to our structured presence in Tirana, the process is fast. From company setup and profile definition to resource onboarding, it typically takes only a few weeks.
Does HitJob support company setup in Albania?
Yes. We handle the incorporation of your Albanian LLC, VAT registration, coordination with notaries and accountants, bank account opening, and the ongoing fiscal and administrative management of your company.

What level of English do the resources speak?
We select profiles with strong English language skills. Most candidates are able to communicate fluently in English, ensuring clear day-to-day collaboration, smooth workflow, and no communication barriers.
How does the recruitment process work?
Our recruitment process is dedicated and tailored to each client. It includes technical skills analysis, soft skills evaluation, and an assessment of alignment with the client’s company culture and values. Every search is based on the specific operational needs of the business.
What happens if the resource is not suitable or resigns?
HitJob immediately activates a new dedicated search at no additional cost within 60 days from the start of the contract. Ensuring operational continuity is an integral part of our service.
Does the staff work physically in your offices?
Yes. The selected resources work from our fully equipped operational offices in Tirana, where they are managed and coordinated by our local team. The environment is professional, secure, and equipped with fast, stable internet connectivity and all the necessary tools to ensure efficient daily operations.
Where are HitJob’s offices located?
Our operational headquarters are located in Tirana, Albania (Rr. Kastriotet, Pallatet 3D). We have more than 130 dedicated workstations equipped with PCs, internet, phones, and everything required for daily operations. The spaces are organized by team function (technical, marketing, administration, etc.) and include a fully equipped meeting room.

Is my company data secure? Are you GDPR compliant?
Yes. Resources operate within your IT infrastructure. We apply protocols based on European GDPR standards, use NDA agreements, and operate in compliance with the NIS2 cybersecurity directive.
Who manages payroll, contracts, and contributions?
HitJob fully manages payroll operations, including salary processing, employment contracts, taxes, workplace safety compliance, medical checks, and all relations with local Albanian authorities.
Is the structure compliant with international regulations?
Yes. HitJob ensures full legal and fiscal compliance, guaranteeing that the structure meets both Albanian legislation and applicable international regulations.
What happens if I want to close the structure?
Our contractual setup is clear and flexible, in line with Albanian regulations. We support clients throughout every stage of the process, including closure or restructuring if required.
